With a passion for all things culinary, I spent 3 years training as a chef, achieving ABC Level 2 Certificate for Pastry Chefs and Patissiers, ABC Level 3 Diploma for Pastry Chefs and Patissiers, Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery and a Certificate in Culinary Skills.

I enjoy creating amazing celebration cakes, macarons and decorated cookies.
